PLEASE NOTE: To ensure most efficient service, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment for picking up or returning tools. Thursdays and Fridays are our typical open days, though appointments may also be scheduled for other days on a case by case basis. When making your reservation, please indicate in the Notes section your preferred day/time for pick up (or your address for shipping) and WAIT FOR US TO CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION. We strive to serve borrowers as quickly as possible, but it can sometimes take up to 48 hours to process a request. (Contact us for rush requests and we'll do our best to meet your needs.)
