Preferred appointment days are typically Wednesday and Thursday but other days may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.  When making your reservation, please indicate in the Notes section your preferred day/time for pick up  and WAIT FOR US TO CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. We strive to serve borrowers as quickly as possible, but it can sometimes take up to 48 hours to process a request. (Contact us for rush requests and we'll do our best to meet your needs.)

OREGON customers - Please contact us for a return shipping label.

WASHINGTON customers - When shipping a return, please insure for the full replacement amount and contact us with your tracking number so that we can know to watch for your shipment. This is important to reduce your liability, since our office is not staffed every day.
